VPNs
We do not support the use of VPNs, that use multiple IP addresses, to access our member area. We must block accounts that are used in multiple countries. If someone were to post their username and password on a password trading site, hundreds of people would use the same account. Our bandwidth expenses would skyrocket. We cannot allow that. If you must use a VPN you need to use one that uses a single IP address to connect.

The FASTEST way to get your username and/or password is through CCBill. Get it online: Click here for CCBILL support. Enter the 2 items needed to view your subscription and SEARCH. Once you see your data click on the subscription number to get your login. Or call CCBill toll free at (888) 596-9279. CCBill is always open. A support ticket through us might take a few days.
If CCBill can't help you for some reason, use our support ticket.
